However, if the amendment is unfavorable to members, the Company will give notice at least 30 days before the effective date and will also notify members individually, such as by the email address they registered.
• A member who does not agree to the amended terms may terminate the usage agreement before the effective date. If the Company, when giving the notice under Paragraph 2, clearly stated that a member who does not express an objection by the effective date will be deemed to have agreed, and the member does not express an objection, the member is deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
• Unless separately specified, new services added to the Company's service website will be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions.

• If the Company and a member enter into a separate written or online contract apart from these terms and conditions (such as a quotation, contract, or special terms; hereinafter the "Individual Contract"), the Individual Contract takes precedence over these terms and conditions, and matters not set out in the Individual Contract are governed by these terms and conditions.

Article 7 (Service Provision Contents and Changes to the Contents)
• The Company provides services such as web data collection platform, analysis screens and visualization materials based on collected data, API services (including MCP API), AI-based analysis tools, and other related services to members.
• The Company provides guidelines for data collection functions to members for service usage. Members can collect data on their own according to the guidelines, but they must always proceed in cooperation with the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for problems arising from data collection/analysis conducted by members without the Company's consent.
• Besides the details in these terms and conditions and on the Company's website, if members request additional services such as analysis and visualization, the Company may charge a separate service fee.
• The Company may change the scope of service provision as necessary, and in such cases, the Company will notify the members through the website, email, phone (including SMS).
• The Company endeavors to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year. However, the service may be temporarily suspended when there is a substantial operational reason, such as maintenance, inspection, replacement, or failure of equipment, or a communication outage. In the event of a service suspension, the Company will give prior notice, and if unavoidable, it may provide notice afterwards.
• The Company may divide the service into specific ranges and specify separate available times for each range. In this case, the Company will provide such information in the notice.
Article 8 (Commencement and Termination Dates of Service)
• The commencement date of the service is the date when the first data collection is initiated by the member after applying for the service and completing the contract process with the service manager.
• The termination date of the service is determined as the date on which the results of the termination request for the service and use are notified to the member.
Article 9 (Service Usage Period)
• The service usage period is from the commencement date determined in Article 8 to the termination date. However, the free service period is not included.
• After the service usage period ends, all obligations related to service provision by the Company are extinguished.
Article 10 (Service Quality Improvement)
The Company may conduct tests on some traffic from time to time for the purpose of improving the quality of the service and increasing its effectiveness. The scale and target of the test will be at the Company's discretion.
Article 11 (Protection and Retention Period of Output Resulting from Service Usage)
• Data collected through service usage will be used solely for the purpose of improving data collection/analysis quality. However, data collection conditions and details may be used for the Company's promotional purposes.
• The retention periods for data collected through the service (hereinafter "Collected Data") are as follows. Collected Data whose retention period has passed may be deleted without separate notice to the member, so the member must download any Collected Data they need within the retention period.
1. Credit plans and other cases not covered by Item 2: the retention period announced on the Company's service website (currently 90 days from the collection date)
2. Volume subscription (a subscription in which the monthly number of processed items is set): during the usage period, Collected Data can be viewed on screen, in Excel, and through the API for up to 12 months from the collection date; Collected Data older than 12 months is retained for up to 3 years from the collection date and provided as a file upon the member's request, and is deleted after 3 years. When the usage agreement ends (by expiry or termination), the member may download the data within 30 days from the end date, after which it is deleted.
3. Where an Individual Contract sets a separate retention period: the Individual Contract applies.
• Where Collected Data contains personal information or must be preserved under applicable laws, the Privacy Policy and applicable laws apply.
• Notwithstanding the provisions of this Article, the Company may use or provide de-identified, non-personally identifiable statistical data obtained through the service for advertising execution/behavior prediction, and for integration or collaboration with partner services connected to the Company's service.
Article 12 (Charges for Service Usage, Etc.)
• The Company may charge a service usage fee as consideration for the member's use of the service. Service usage fees are offered in the form of credit plans or subscriptions.
• Credit plans allow members to recharge credits by making a payment, with credits being deducted upon service usage.
• Credits recharged by payment have no usage period (validity period). However, credits provided as a free trial and credits provided under an Individual Contract may be used for the period announced when they were provided or the period set in that Individual Contract.
• Subscriptions involve paying a usage fee on a monthly or annual basis and using the service for the contract period. Discount rates set by the Company may apply for long-term contracts (1-year, 2-year, 3-year).
• The service usage fee and payment method shall be subject to the pricing information posted on the Company's website or separate contract terms.
• In the event of service suspension due to member withdrawal or suspension of membership status, the member must pay the service usage fee used until the time of suspension on a pro-rata basis.
• The Company may exempt or discount service usage fees upon consultation with the member.
• The member is responsible for maintaining updated contact information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, and postal addresses, to receive service usage fee invoices. The member shall be liable for any default of service usage fee payment caused by the member's failure to fulfill this responsibility.
• Even after all paid credits have been used, the Member may use additional credits up to a limit announced by the Company on the Service website (currently 5,000 credits) ("Grace Credits"), during which the credit balance is shown below zero (negative). When the Grace Credit limit is reached, use of services that deduct credits, such as data collection, is suspended. Because credits are deducted after each collection run finishes, the balance may go slightly below the limit. Grace Credits do not apply to credits provided as a free trial or under an individual contract.
• If the Member tops up credits after using Grace Credits, the Grace Credits used (including any credits used below the limit) are deducted first from the credits topped up. The same applies if the term of the previous credit plan has ended.
• The Member may use a feature that automatically charges a registered payment method (credit or debit card) to top up credits ("Auto Top-up"), which is subject to the following:
1. Auto Top-up is used only when the Member registers a payment method, reviews the payment conditions and amount, and turns it on. If the Member does not turn it on, no automatic payment is made.
2. When the condition set by the Member is met (such as the credit balance falling below a level set by the Member), the amount needed to fill up to the credits set by the Member is charged to the registered payment method in the manner announced on the Company's service website (including the minimum payment amount and payment unit, VAT excluded), and the corresponding credits are topped up.
3. If a payment fails because the payment method is over its limit, suspended, or otherwise unavailable, the Company may retry the payment at the number of times and intervals set by the Company (currently up to 3 retries, made 1 hour, 6 hours, and 24 hours, respectively, after each preceding failure). If the payment still fails, the Company stops Auto Top-up and notifies the Member. The Company may also stop Auto Top-up if there is an error in payment processing, such as when the payment result cannot be confirmed.
4. The Company notifies the Member by the email address registered by the Member or other means when an Auto Top-up payment fails or Auto Top-up is stopped because the retried payments have also failed. Notifications of completed payments follow the notification settings the Member has chosen in the service.
5. The Member may turn off Auto Top-up or delete the registered payment method at any time on the service website, after which no new Auto Top-up payment is started. However, a payment already started before it was turned off or deleted may still be processed.
6. Refunds of credits topped up by Auto Top-up follow the credit plan refund rules in Article 16.
7. Auto Top-up may not be offered to Members who use the service under an individual contract, such as a subscription.
Article 13 (Objections to Service Usage Fees, Etc.)
• In cases where the member cannot make the service usage fee payment by the designated due date due to the Company's fault, the Company may handle it separately.
• The Company will refund the amount of service usage fee or other payments that have been excessively paid due to the Company's or the member's mistake, and may additionally charge the shortfall for the underpaid amount.
• If a member who needs a refund of the service usage fee due to overpayment or other reasons has an outstanding balance, the Company will deduct the outstanding amount from the refundable amount and then return it to the member.
• The claim for a refund of the service usage fee as per Paragraph 2 cannot be exercised if one year has passed from the occurrence date of the reason for the claim.
• If the member has objections to the service usage fee, the member may raise the objection, and in such a case, the Company and the member may agree to recalculate the fee and make the charge accordingly.
Article 14 (Responsibility for Collection Targets and Rights)
• The Company is responsible for operating the collection bots and collection facilities it provides in compliance with applicable laws.
• The member decides the collection targets, such as the sites, addresses, and search terms to be collected, and the purpose of using the Collected Data, and is responsible for complying with the terms of use of the target sites, copyright and the rights of database producers, personal information protection and other applicable laws, and the rights of third parties.
• Disputes and damages arising because a collection target set by the member, or the member's use of the Collected Data, violates the copyright, the rights of database producers, the terms of use, or similar of the target site are the responsibility of the member, and Article 20, Paragraph 2 applies mutatis mutandis.
• Notwithstanding Paragraph 3 and Article 22, the Company is responsible for damages caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence and for damages caused by the Company's failure to fulfill its responsibility under Paragraph 1.
• If the Company determines that a collection requested by the member is likely to infringe the rights of a third party or violate applicable laws, the Company may refuse or stop that collection after notifying the member of the reason.
Article 15 (Protection and Use of Personal Information)
• The Company strives to protect the members' personal information securely. Regarding the protection of members' personal information, the Company complies with relevant laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
• Members may view their own personal information at any time and make corrections to it if necessary.
• If the information provided during membership registration changes, members must promptly update it to the most current information. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the member's failure to update the information accurately.
• The Company provides functions related to managing members' IDs (email) and passwords, ensuring the smooth management of the information.
• The Company will not use members' personal information for purposes other than the provision of services or provide it to third parties without the members' consent. However, non-personally identifiable statistical data may be provided to other institutions.
• The Company will destroy all personal information of members who have withdrawn from the service, except for cases necessary for storing transaction information in accordance with related laws.
• Other detailed policies shall be in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the service website.
Article 16 (Refund Policy)
1) Credit Plan Refunds
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date.
• The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on remaining credits: Refund Amount = (Remaining Credits ÷ Total Credits) × Payment Amount
• If credits are topped up while the balance is negative due to Grace Credits, the remaining credits are calculated after first deducting the Grace Credits used from the credits topped up, and the total credits are the credits purchased in that top-up (before deducting the Grace Credits). If the remaining credits are zero or less, there is no amount to refund.
• Refund amounts are calculated to the nearest cent.
• Credits provided for free, credits already used, credits provided through promotions, and credits obtained through fraudulent means are excluded from refunds.
• All credits in the account will be forfeited after refund processing.
2) Subscription Refunds and Cancellation
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled without penalty, and the service can be used from the cancellation date until the next billing date.
• In the case of early termination of a long-term contract (1 year or more), the applied discount will be cancelled, the regular monthly fee will be recalculated for the actual usage period, and the difference will be refunded.
3) Refund Process
• Refund requests can be made through email (help@hashscraper.com) or phone (+82-2-6952-1804).
• Credit card refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, and bank transfer refunds are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Refund-related documentation (payment receipt, cancellation receipt) will be sent via email.
Article 17 (Company's Obligations)

• The Company endeavors to provide convenience to members regarding the procedures and content related to the conclusion of the usage agreement, changes to the agreement, and termination of the agreement.
Article 18 (Member's Obligations)
• Members must comply with relevant laws, these terms and conditions, and any notices issued by the Company, and must not engage in any actions that may hinder the Company's business operations.
• Members must use their own IDs (email) and passwords only for the purpose of using the service.
• Members are solely responsible for directly managing their own accounts (IDs, passwords), and the Company shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from the member's failure to manage them properly.
• Members may not lend or transfer their service usage rights to others, and they may not rent or receive service usage rights from others who have purchased them.
• Members may not provide other people's information or false information when registering for the service.
• If the Company requests proof in order to verify whether the service is being used in compliance with these terms and conditions, the member must cooperate sincerely and provide the necessary documentation and access rights.
• If members discover technical flaws or critical vulnerabilities, they must inform the Company of such matters without delay.
• In any case, members may not make, distribute, install, or induce others to make or use agents, robots, scripts, spiders, spyware, etc., by using any means, including the service by the Company, without the Company's prior approval, and they may not engage in the following actions or attempts thereof using inappropriate methods, etc., to disrupt the normal operation of this service:

Article 19 (Notice to Members)
• When notifying members, the Company may use the email address or SMS provided by the member during registration.
• In the case of notices that apply to a large number of members, the Company may post the notices on the service website instead of individual notifications.
Article 20 (Indemnification)
• If a member violates the provisions of these terms and conditions, resulting in damages to the Company, the member who violated the terms and conditions shall compensate the Company for all damages incurred.
• If a member's illegal act or violation of these terms and conditions in the course of using this service leads to claims for damages or lawsuits, etc., from third parties other than the member, the member shall indemnify the Company for all damages incurred, including all costs and expenses for the Company's defense.
• Except for cases where the Company is at fault, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the member's use of this service or any other matters related to the service.

Article 22 (Collection Bots Created by Members - Beta)
• Members may create collection bots themselves through the AI conversation feature of the service ("Build a Bot with AI"). A bot created by a member starts collecting only after the Company has reviewed and approved it, and a bot that the member modifies must be reviewed again.
• Notwithstanding Article 14, this Article takes precedence for bots created by members themselves. Article 14 applies to bots provided by the Company.
• Members are responsible for complying with the terms of use of the target sites, copyright and database rights, personal information protection, and other applicable laws. Disputes and damages arising from a failure to do so are the responsibility of the member who created the bot, and Article 20 applies mutatis mutandis.
• Members must not carry out any of the following collection:
1. Collection from areas that require login or authentication
2. Collection that gathers personal information in bulk
3. Collection that infringes the rights of others or interferes with the operation of the service or the target site
• While a member builds and has a bot reviewed through AI conversation, the Company transmits the conversation content entered by the member, the content of the target pages, and trial collection results to external AI service providers for processing. Details are governed by the Privacy Policy.
• After notifying the member of the reason, the Company may refuse to approve, stop the collection of, or delete any bot.
