(Effective: December 23, 2019 / Revised: March 1, 2026)




Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions are intended to regulate the membership registration, usage conditions and procedures, rights, and responsibilities related to the application for the web data collection and analysis platform, API services, AI-based analysis, and other ancillary services (collectively referred to as "HashScraper Service") provided by HashScraper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
• These terms and conditions become effective by being posted on the Company's service website (https://www.hashscraper.com) or through other means of notice to the members.
• The Company may amend these terms and conditions as necessary. In the event of such an amendment, the Company will give notice at least 7 days before the effective date of the amendment, specifying the effective date and reason for the change.
• Unless separately specified, new services added to the Company's service website will be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions.

Article 3 (Applicable Rules)
Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the contents posted on the service website, the Telecommunications Basic Act of South Korea, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other relevant laws, as well as detailed usage guidelines announced by the Company on its website.

Article 4 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows:

1. HashScraper Service (hereinafter "Service"): Refers to the web data collection and analysis platform, MCP (Model Context Protocol) API, AI-based analysis tools, software developed by the Company, functions provided through face-to-face contact, and other related services provided by the Company.
2. Company: Refers to the service provider, HashScraper Co., Ltd.
3. Member: Refers to any individual who accesses the Company's website, agrees to these terms and conditions, and completes membership registration, including both those who use paid services and those who have signed a usage agreement.
4. Member Information: Refers to general information, including email, password, name, address, phone number, and other collected information left by the member during service usage.
5. Collected Information: Refers to all information collected during the process of using the service, even if not directly input by the member.
6. Usage Agreement: Refers to the agreement entered into between the Company and the member through membership registration and payment for the use of the Company's service.
7. Service Termination: Refers to the termination of the usage agreement through a specific procedure by the Company or the member.
8. Credits: A virtual currency unit deducted upon service usage, recharged through credit plan purchases, and consumed for API calls, data collection, etc.
9. Subscription: A contract method where a fixed amount is paid on a monthly or annual basis for continuous use of the service.
10. API: An Application Programming Interface provided by the Company, which is a technical means enabling members to use the service programmatically.

Article 5 (Establishment of the Contract)
• The usage agreement is established when the member uses the service at least once according to the procedures set forth in these terms and conditions.
• The contract shall be governed by separate written or online contract provisions.
• By entering into the usage agreement, it is deemed that the member agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 6 (Restrictions on Use and Termination of Use)
After the usage agreement, the Company may limit the provision of services based on the following criteria:

• In the case of using someone else's name or providing false customer information
• In the case of applying for the service with the purpose of obstructing social order and public morals, including adult content, gambling, and illegal distribution of information
• In the case of discovering and abusing technical flaws or vulnerabilities in the service
• In the case of the member's normal or abnormal use having a negative impact on the Company's service
• In the case of service interruption or when the Company is unable to provide smooth service due to certain circumstances
• In the case of sharing member information and service usage with others without the Company's permission

After the usage agreement, the Company may terminate the usage agreement based on the following criteria:

• In all cases where service provision is restricted as mentioned above
• In the case of the member using the service in a manner other than specified in the usage agreement
• In the case of the member buying/selling or providing personal information and usage agreement details to others
• In the case of hacking the server, arbitrarily changing part or all of the website or posted information, or using the Company's service in an abnormal manner
• In the case of duplicating information obtained through the service without the Company's prior approval for purposes other than service usage, such as publishing, broadcasting, or providing to third parties
• In the case of changing the usage method or intentions of service programs, causing harm to the service or intentionally obstructing it

Article 7 (Service Provision Contents and Changes to the Contents)
• The Company provides services such as web data collection platform, analysis screens and visualization materials based on collected data, API services (including MCP API), AI-based analysis tools, and other related services to members.
• The Company provides guidelines for data collection functions to members for service usage. Members can collect data on their own according to the guidelines, but they must always proceed in cooperation with the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for problems arising from data collection/analysis conducted by members without the Company's consent.
• Besides the details in these terms and conditions and on the Company's website, if members request additional services such as analysis and visualization, the Company may charge a separate service fee.
• The Company may change the scope of service provision as necessary, and in such cases, the Company will notify the members through the website, email, phone (including SMS).
• The Company endeavors to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year. However, in the cases described in Article 15, Paragraph 1, the service may be temporarily suspended. In the event of a service suspension, the Company will give prior notice, and if unavoidable, it may provide notice afterwards.
• The Company may divide the service into specific ranges and specify separate available times for each range. In this case, the Company will provide such information in the notice.

Article 8 (Commencement and Termination Dates of Service)
• The commencement date of the service is the date when the first data collection is initiated by the member after applying for the service and completing the contract process with the service manager.
• The termination date of the service is determined as the date on which the results of the termination request for the service and use are notified to the member.

Article 9 (Service Usage Period)
• The service usage period is from the commencement date determined in Article 8 to the termination date. However, the free service period is not included.
• After the service usage period ends, all obligations related to service provision by the Company are extinguished.

Article 10 (Service Quality Improvement)
The Company may conduct tests on some traffic from time to time for the purpose of improving the quality of the service and increasing its effectiveness. The scale and target of the test will be at the Company's discretion.

Article 11 (Protection and Retention Period of Output Resulting from Service Usage)
• Data collected through service usage will be used solely for the purpose of improving data collection/analysis quality. However, data collection conditions and details may be used for the Company's promotional purposes.
• The output resulting from service usage will be retained for one year after the service usage period ends, and after the retention period, the data may be deleted without prior notice to the member.
• Notwithstanding the provisions of this Article, the Company may use or provide de-identified, non-personally identifiable statistical data obtained through the service for advertising execution/behavior prediction, and for integration or collaboration with partner services connected to the Company's service.

Article 12 (Charges for Service Usage, Etc.)
• The Company may charge a service usage fee as consideration for the member's use of the service. Service usage fees are offered in the form of credit plans or subscriptions.
• Credit plans allow members to recharge credits by making a payment, with credits being deducted upon service usage.
• Subscriptions involve paying a usage fee on a monthly or annual basis and using the service for the contract period. Discount rates set by the Company may apply for long-term contracts (1-year, 2-year, 3-year).
• The service usage fee and payment method shall be subject to the pricing information posted on the Company's website or separate contract terms.
• In the event of service suspension due to member withdrawal or suspension of membership status, the member must pay the service usage fee used until the time of suspension on a pro-rata basis.
• The Company may exempt or discount service usage fees upon consultation with the member.
• The member is responsible for maintaining updated contact information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, and postal addresses, to receive service usage fee invoices. The member shall be liable for any default of service usage fee payment caused by the member's failure to fulfill this responsibility.

Article 13 (Objections to Service Usage Fees, Etc.)
• In cases where the member cannot make the service usage fee payment by the designated due date due to the Company's fault, the Company may handle it separately.
• The Company will refund the amount of service usage fee or other payments that have been excessively paid due to the Company's or the member's mistake, and may additionally charge the shortfall for the underpaid amount.
• If a member who needs a refund of the service usage fee due to overpayment or other reasons has an outstanding balance, the Company will deduct the outstanding amount from the refundable amount and then return it to the member.
• The claim for a refund of the service usage fee as per Paragraph 2 cannot be exercised if one year has passed from the occurrence date of the reason for the claim.
• If the member has objections to the service usage fee, the member may raise the objection, and in such a case, the Company and the member may agree to recalculate the fee and make the charge accordingly.

Article 14 (Legal Liability)
• The Company is legally responsible for data collection.
• The legal responsibility for utilizing and using the collected data lies with the member.

Article 15 (Protection and Use of Personal Information)
• The Company strives to protect the members' personal information securely. Regarding the protection of members' personal information, the Company complies with relevant laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
• Members may view their own personal information at any time and make corrections to it if necessary.
• If the information provided during membership registration changes, members must promptly update it to the most current information. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the member's failure to update the information accurately.
• The Company provides functions related to managing members' IDs (email) and passwords, ensuring the smooth management of the information.
• The Company will not use members' personal information for purposes other than the provision of services or provide it to third parties without the members' consent. However, non-personally identifiable statistical data may be provided to other institutions.
• The Company will destroy all personal information of members who have withdrawn from the service, except for cases necessary for storing transaction information in accordance with related laws.
• Other detailed policies shall be in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the service website.

Article 16 (Refund Policy)

1) Credit Plan Refunds
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date.
• The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on remaining credits: Refund Amount = (Remaining Credits ÷ Total Credits) × Payment Amount
• Refund amounts are calculated to the nearest cent.
• Credits provided for free, credits already used, credits provided through promotions, and credits obtained through fraudulent means are excluded from refunds.
• All credits in the account will be forfeited after refund processing.

2) Subscription Refunds and Cancellation
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled without penalty, and the service can be used from the cancellation date until the next billing date.
• In the case of early termination of a long-term contract (1 year or more), the applied discount will be cancelled, the regular monthly fee will be recalculated for the actual usage period, and the difference will be refunded.

3) Refund Process
• Refund requests can be made through email (help@hashscraper.com) or phone (+82-2-6952-1804).
• Credit card refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, and bank transfer refunds are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Tax is calculated according to applicable tax law and automatically determined by refund ratio.
• Refund-related documentation (payment receipt, cancellation receipt) will be sent via email.

Article 17 (Company's Obligations)
• The Company complies with relevant laws and these terms and conditions and strives to provide the service continuously and stably.
• If opinions or complaints raised by members regarding the use of this service are deemed reasonable, the Company shall process them and inform the members of the processing procedure and results.
• The Company establishes a security system to protect members' personal information and complies with the policy for the protection of personal information.
• The Company endeavors to provide convenience to members regarding the procedures and content related to the conclusion of the usage agreement, changes to the agreement, and termination of the agreement.

Article 18 (Member's Obligations)
• Members must comply with relevant laws, these terms and conditions, and any notices issued by the Company, and must not engage in any actions that may hinder the Company's business operations.
• Members must use their own IDs (email) and passwords only for the purpose of using the service.
• Members are solely responsible for directly managing their own accounts (IDs, passwords), and the Company shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from the member's failure to manage them properly.
• Members may not lend or transfer their service usage rights to others, and they may not rent or receive service usage rights from others who have purchased them.
• Members may not provide other people's information or false information when registering for the service.
• If the Company requests proof in order to verify whether the service is being used in compliance with these terms and conditions, the member must cooperate sincerely and provide the necessary documentation and access rights.
• If members discover technical flaws or critical vulnerabilities, they must inform the Company of such matters without delay.
• In any case, members may not make, distribute, install, or induce others to make or use agents, robots, scripts, spiders, spyware, etc., by using any means, including the service by the Company, without the Company's prior approval, and they may not engage in the following actions or attempts thereof using inappropriate methods, etc., to disrupt the normal operation of this service:

1. Accessing the service in a manner other than that provided by the Company
2. Using the service abnormally or accessing the system in an abnormal manner, which deviates from the service usage method provided by the Company
3. Analyzing or reverse-engineering the Company's software or attempting to find out relevant source codes
4. Engaging in any other actions that interfere with the normal operation of the service

Article 19 (Notice to Members)
• When notifying members, the Company may use the email address or SMS provided by the member during registration.
• In the case of notices that apply to a large number of members, the Company may post the notices on the service website instead of individual notifications.

Article 20 (Indemnification)
• If a member violates the provisions of these terms and conditions, resulting in damages to the Company, the member who violated the terms and conditions shall compensate the Company for all damages incurred.
• If a member's illegal act or violation of these terms and conditions in the course of using this service leads to claims for damages or lawsuits, etc., from third parties other than the member, the member shall indemnify the Company for all damages incurred, including all costs and expenses for the Company's defense.
• Except for cases where the Company is at fault, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the member's use of this service or any other matters related to the service.
• In the case of service failure caused by the Company's fault, the Company will compensate the service by providing additional service time that is twice the period of the failure. However, this provision does not apply to service failures that occur during the free service usage period.

Article 21 (Exemptions)
• The Company is exempt from responsibility for failure to provide the service due to force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances.
• The Company shall not be responsible for service malfunctions caused by the member's fault.
• The Company shall not be responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or other aspects of the information, data, or facts posted by members in relation to this service.
• The Company shall not be responsible for any transactions or other activities conducted between members or between members and third parties using this service.
• The Company shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from the member's use of the free service unless there are specific provisions in the related laws.

(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") operates HashScraper services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and complies with the relevant legal regulations related to personal information protection, including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Personal Information Protection Act, Telecommunications Privacy Act, and the Electric Communications Business Act, to protect the rights and interests of users.

5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
In principle, the user's personal information is promptly disposed of once the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved. However, if there is a need to retain the information in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Act, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Company will retain the member's information for a certain period specified by the relevant laws. In this case, the retention period is as follows:

6) Personal information of long-inactive members
- Members who have not logged in or used the API for one year or more are notified by email in advance and, after a 30-day grace period, their accounts are deleted.
- Payment and settlement records are retained for 5 years in accordance with items 1) and 2) above and then destroyed.
7) Inquiry and newsletter subscription information of non-members
- Inquiry / work request information: Until the purpose of responding to the inquiry and handling disputes is achieved (records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years)
- Newsletter subscription information: Until unsubscription. The fact and time of unsubscription are retained so that emails are not sent again.

6. Personal Information Destruction Procedure and Method
The user's personal information is disposed of promptly after the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved. The Company's personal information destruction procedure and method are as follows:
1) Destruction Procedure
- Personal information entered by the user for membership registration is stored in a separate DB (for paper records, in a separate file) and is destroyed after being stored for a certain period according to the Company's internal policy and other relevant laws (refer to the retention and use period)

To request withdrawal of membership (withdrawal of consent), contact the Company's contact information provided on the website or use the member withdrawal function on the service.

12. Notification Obligation
If there are any additional, deleted, or modified contents in this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the revision. However, if there are significant changes to the rights of users, such as the collection and use of personal information, and third-party provision, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

13. Application of Electronic Signature Privacy Policy
